Returns Window
Products purchased from Insectrum can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for special orders or items that have been modified upon customer request.
