Products purchased from Insectrum can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. For issues related to product damage or discrepancies, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We cannot accept returns for special orders or items that have been modified upon customer request.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Any returns without an RMA number will not be processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a product defect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Insectrum.
Due to the nature of certain products, items such as live insects or specially preserved specimens cannot be returned. Any clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
International returns might be subject to additional shipping fees or customs duties. These will be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for international returns will be made once the products have been received and inspected.
